Conference Accommodations
To book a room, you can either fill out the reservation form below and email it to guest services: guest.services@ualberta.ca, or call the front desk: 780-492-6056.
Please identify the group name: ASPSH, when making your reservation.
Check in time is after 4pm and prior to 11pm. Arrival must be prior to midnight. Check out time is by 11am on day of departure.
ASPSH has reserved a block of rooms at the University of Alberta for SAR and conference participants requiring accommodations.
From May 28 to June 2 a limited number of newly renovated traditional residences (both single and double occupancy) in Lister Hall and private single rooms in Shäffer Hall are available for ASPSH conference participants.
Traditional residency, single: $70/night + tax
Traditional residency, double: $80/night + tax
Shäffer Hall private single: $76/night + tax

*The hotel accommodation at Lister Centre is not available in the summer.
